Best turbo to get into the 9s but still rule the street?

What is the best turbo to get into the 9s and still able to rule the street. I'm thinking I def need to upgrade from the BW 259. Just wondering to what.

Well a turbo that well get you in to the 9s is going to suck on the street. It just would be to big and would not spool up at low rpm. I run a holset H1C and I see full boost at 3.7-4k and it will not get my car into the 10's let alone 9's.

I had an auto car. If I didn't sit there and get up on the converter a Prius would pull me from a light.
