Alright soo I have been doing research on this the last couple days and can't seem to find anything that fits my symptoms real well.

The car started to do this a couple weeks ago and is slowly getting worse.

When I first start my car in the morning and drive it the clutch pedal seems softer and the car goes in and out of gear very easily like normal. Once the car is driven for about 20 minutes, the clutch pedal seems to get a little harder and the car is hard to get in and out of gear without grinding. The slave cylinder has no show of leaking and either does the master cylinder. I have flushed the old clutch fluid out in hopes that maybe it was just the the fluid was getting to hott as the car was driven more but that hasn't fixed the problem. I am a bit clueless on what is going on. I wouldn't think it would be the clutch because it would be hard to get into gear all the time. Please chime in with ANY input you may have.

I read the post on pedal pump but it doesn't seem like the case. Maybe I'm wrong but my clutch isn't slipping at all. Thank you for your input.
 
Actually your right, I just looked at the part where you said the pedal starts to get harder & then didn't pay too much attention after that ROFL . Where does your pedal start to engage off the floor? How many miles on the clutch and pivot ball?
 
The clutch has like almost 20k on it and the pivot ball I am unsure of. If it were the pivot ball it would do it consistently from start up and wouldn't change I would assume. Or is that wrong?

When the car is cold the pedal starts to engage about half way from the floor and full up position. Then once it starts to get harder it goes closer and closer to the floor until it wont engage and dissengage and I have to revv match it and push it into gear harder. When this is the case and the clutch is fully to the floor my car rolls as if the clutch were starting to engage.
 
I'd try changing the tranny fluid and bleeding the clutch.
 
Transmission fluid is my next change. I changed my clutch fluid out. I am just going to get a new slave and master as well as SS clutch lines and do it up all at once. If that doesn't fix it then it's time to upgrade the clutch anyways. =)
 
Whoa! You can get partial pedal pump-up (without any slipping) if the return is partly covered. Try the adjustment fix for pump-up before spending any money. Seriously.

Well I changed out the slave cylinder and master cylinder and that seemed to of made it better. Still doesn't seem completely normal but I think the clutch needs bled more. It's a lot softer then it ever has been. I was driving home last night and the pedal got harder for like 4-5 minutes then just stuck to the floor at a red light all of a sudden. I'm not getting pedal pressure and have to pump it. No leaking fluids either. Maybe it just needs to be bled more. Update tmw.
 
Sounds like your on the right track, but your original symptom sounds like you need to adjust your pedal and it's engagment point. Why you may ask, b/c I had the same thing roughly a month ago. I wrote it off at first as a leak in the clutch line...nope. Then I changed transmission fluid and thought maybe the hard engagments were coming from the Synchromesh I was using (partially true). That made it feel better. I checked the fork for proper placement, and then the pedal. Instantly it was 100% better and I could find 3rd when down shifting no problem. Dont write off an easy check...specially if its only going to cost you a little elbow grease :thumb:
 
Master cylinder pushrod adjustment.
Figure on two weeks' worth of messing before a DSM clutch system is fully-bled. Getting rid of the accumulator and using a braided line will only help.
 
Yes I'm removing the accumlator next. I bled the clutch today and the same thing. It will build up pressure when you push in the clutch like 10 times but if you wait a second it will just fall back to the floor when you push it in and completely lose pressure. When it builds up pressure the clutch fork is moving back and forth fine. I'm not sure where it would be bringing air back in.

When it builds up pressure the fluid in the resevoir goes down. Once you push it in after a couple seconds the resevoir fluid moves back up to where it was and the clutch pedal has no pressure.
