Best place to get air filters?

Looking to get an air filter, seening who has the best brand name prices out there.
Not sure what size, diameter or anything yet. Going to build my own intake and have to take some measurements and figure out what diameter pipe to order first then will go onto the filter.

Well i would check the vendors best, cant say best just look around on the sites, then youll know what they have to offer.

From my research, AEM dryflow had the best filtering protection and was the most breathable, apexi was also up there, i got lucky and found a 4" inlet maybe 6"x12" on ebay for $20 when they usually go for $80+
