Im going to be doing a few things nothing crazy 16g turbo, full 3" exhaust, ic pipes, greddy bov, manual boost control want to run 15-16psi i know the stock pump will flow that but i need to replace the one i have currently should i go with the walbro 190 and will i have any over run issues with this do i need a afpr with this pump

walbro 190 is good for about 350 awhp, it will max out then, depending on how well your set up is tuned of course.

With this pump you do not need an aftermarket FPR.

You are definitely going to want to rewire the fuel pump with a relay, it will ensure that you fuel pump is receiving enough power.

I would also go with evo 560cc injectors to match your set up, 450cc are going to get over run with this set up.

so with all of that i will be needing an AFC right? If I didnt want to go that involved what would be a good set up for a daily driver to get the most power with little or no tunning

I thought you could so ill just be putting a stock fuel pump in for now would it be wise to rewire it? And how exactly is it done? Just wire it to a new power source so it has 12v steady or what?

OP, you need to start searching on how to do these things (such as fuel pump rewire) for you vehicle. There are tons of tech articles written on this.

You can run up to 16psi on stock pump and 450 injectors. I run that with my big 16 g and have no problems.

That might be true for your build, but I have seen plenty of logs where 450cc injectors are saturated and a duty cycle over 83% at 16 psi.
You might need some data longing software.
