So one day I turned on my car and it sound like it was screaming super loud so I changed the serpentine belt and the alternator belt and it’s quite now but when I turn it all the way to any side the belt squeaks loud for like 5 secs then goes away, what do I do??

It is the power steering pump. You likely don’t have the correct tension on the serpentine belt. Make sure your power steering pulley is straight and the way you have the pump mounted is parallel with the belt. If I remember correct you put tension on the belt through the power steering pump/bracket.

Another thing to check is the bearing of the tensioner pulley. The above pic is of the tensioner setup. You can remove the pulley and check the bearing for slop. It can be replaced separate of the pulley if it is bad.
