Before and After Pics- Opinions?

I have been taking some pictures the past couple days. Then, comparing them to pictures of when I first got the car. Here are some pics of when I got it, how it looks now, and how it may look soon.

I'd put the heat shield back on the exhaust manifold, keep the heat out of your engine bay.

yea maybe you should clean up the heat shield, repaint it, then put it back on. Not only for heat but because your exhaust manifold looks disgusting

Lol. I made one out of some black aluminum racing sheet metal. But I took it off at my mom's since we retimed the engine. Forgot to put it back on and left it in her garage somewhere.

They are night shade covers. The ones that pop on and off. I love them.

ummmm is it me or in the pics of the front with the future look where you have the turbo mesh in the grill, y is it i dont see a dsm hump in the hood in either picture? idk if you forgot to put it in wen u edited the dent there but if u planned on eliminating it thats not going to work so well seemings its the for clearance for the timing cover.

he might have smoothed it out since in one of the before pics it looked like it had a nice sized dent.

it's coming along, that's for sure. I'd probably leave the "turbo" lettering off the front, tho.

Yea the hump in the hood was smoothed out on photoshop to get rid of the dents. Not sure if I could have smoothed it out and leave the hump. I doubt I will put the Turbo lettering on the grill. Hopefully, it will have a FMIC there soon

The only pics that were edited were the future pics. The after pics are as is. Except the one with the hood up. I adjusted the green for the grass.

I'd lose the headlight covers. To me they kind of defeat the purpose of having headlights. Having something shine light so you can see only to dim them down so you can't... and the lettering, eh, not a fan. Looks good otherwise.

I've removed a ton of stuff from my car (A/C, Cruise Control, EGR, Charcoal Canister, Catalytic Converter, Fuel Pressure and Emissions Solenoids, Etc, Along with their associated wires out of the wiring harness) and (yes, their is a point to this) I still run both the upper and lower heat shields on the turbo. (Although the upper is a fully polished Buschur Racing one.)

Also what is racing sheet metal? Is that like a racing grill?

Racing sheet metal is the sheet metal used to make the bodies for dirt race cars like IMCA Modifieds and Dirt Late Models. The thickness is .040.
