2G Bearings I need to know what bearing size? And if I can change threw oil pan

I have a knock and I'm pretty sure it the bearing once I heard the knock I parked the car and changed the oil and seen vary little metal but the knock was still there
 
Yeah in case you already have spun/damaged bearings, don't even try to replace only the bearings by cleaning up journals with sandpaper or shoelace. It will never work well. You already hear the rod knock sound means it's too late. Sooner or later anyways you would end up to drop the engine and rebuild.
It's better to rebuild from the beginning, that would be the cheapest way. But you should make sure that you really have spun/damaged bearings before dropping the engine. There still is a possibility that the knock sound is coming from something else.
