2G How often change oil? What oil should I use?

Currently I use 10w 30 Full Synthetic on my eclipse GST, I live in Puerto Rico which is summer all the time, so how often I should change my motor oil? Should I switch to 5w 30 or 5w 40? , also is stock with t25 turbo, Recommendations please

Also, a high zinc conventional oil will provide more protection then your usual "off the shelf" full synthetic. I have seen proof of this through oil samples sent to Black Stone Labs

I check my oil very regularly, like once or twice a week, even if i didnt leak i would probably still check it that often.

I was running rotella 5w40 for a few months with no ill effects and I recently switched to amsoil 15w50 for the summer. Expensive but some good cheap insurance for my stock bottom end
