Battery Box Install Questions

Ok, im sure this is covered here also but could someone please point me to it?

I am going to be installing a battery box in the trunk (obviously) and would like any tips/suggestions from someone who has done the install.

I would like the wiring to be as simple and clean as possible in the engine bay, therefore if i need to rewire something im okay with that.
