Shift box install

Ok guys after searching for help on a experienced installer I need help with the install on the shift box for my auto 91 1g fwd turbo any one please these instructions are like reading Greek to me... anyone have a simple way like red-red,purple and white to green or something sorry this really makes me feel like a newbie...

Here is the shift box. I have the steering wheel with the buttons already

the most simple way would be to bypass the tcu, but from now on you'll be on shit all the time
