I was thinking of getting this done by a shop in kent that i herd on here from people. and i had 1 question..does it add a lot of vibration? cant that hurt the motor?

The balance shafts just counter act the vibrations from the engine. They do not have anything to do with the 'balance' of the rotating assembly. All that is balanced from the factory.
Because a 4G63 is a straight 4 engine it has inherent resonance. The balance shafts counteract that but it is always there whether you remove the BS or not.
