Hey everyone so my problem started when i noticed on Link that i was throwing the code (Knock sensor circuit malfunction). So installed a new knock sensor thinking this would fix the problem and it is still throwing the same code. Then today I took my ecu out and opened to check the knock sensor board and i found that the black cap is gooey and there's some silver part showing (not sure if that's normal). If anyone has any input or experience with this issue please let me know. I also tested the connection to the harness and its fine.
