Hey guys, i had a thread on here about the car not starting but after using the search feature and google, i believe my problem might just be the ECU crapping out.
Basically when i try and start the car (most times) all I get is the buzzzzz sound from under the dash

So after the car was at JnZ Tuning for a month getting some service/upgrades done, they recommended it needed a new starter (luckly I had an extra and they put it in and of course it starts right up for them. The also cleaned the terminals. When i picked the car up Friday started right up and then got home and went to go back out fort a drive and all i get was buzzzzzzzzzzzzzz again.
So after reading a lot this morning I went to the junkyard and got a new starter relay thinking that was the problem. Put that in and still buzzzzzzzzzz even after disconnecting and reconnecting the battery.
So again, I do more research and I just went out and pulled the ECU. Trust me im not mechanic (thanks for tutorial on here) but was able to do it and this is what I have/see. Plus I didnt know i had an Eprom ftw!
But check it out. Let me know if this is bad and could be the reasoning of my buzzz sound. I am lost now.
thanks for any help guys!

Is there a generic kinda of way to tell if the ECU is malfuncting or going bad?
