FUEL TRIMS, pics included

hi, im not sure about fuel trims yet, im still learning, i guess you want the stft to be opposite of the ltft. ex: lt is 3, you would want st to be -3, right? here is a short log i did yesterday, had battery disconnected in the morning so im not sure how that effected it but does this look normal?

whats happening? is the st 4 towards the end so it can bring the lt down to 0? why are all the lt's 1.56?

somebody? do these trims look right, ive been doing trim research to learn all day, just want an expert openion.
