Axle Inquiry

Hey all so ill be changing my cv axles in the front but I'm not sure if I should do the back too. Is there a definite way to tell if the boot isn't busted? I shook it and it rattles a bit. Thanks

visual inspection is really the only way to check boots. if you arent having issues with the rear axles then i wouldnt mess with them. take a quick look to see if the boots are fine. most places sell boot kits for axles but now a days its almost as cheap to replace the axles

When looking at the boots, be sure to inspect the metal bands too, such as for rust.

Rear end has an odd sound but It sounds like one of the caliper clips.
As for the front end, I got new cv axles and the noise is still there . Gonna get a u joint next. Stupid independent suspension. Any way I can beef it up to prolong those parts? Anti roll Bar maybe?
