ARP head stud question

Putting ARP head studs in my 92 talon tsi, when i put the studs in the block do i torque them or just make them snug

Clean the thread holes on the block first,than hand tight the arp studs in,dont put no torque on them until the head is on

Use a thread chaser on the block and thread the studs in hand tight with out using lubricant. The 12 pt nuts are what get torqued on with the moly lube or motor oil.
