Are these emission lines?

I did an EGR delete and am in the middle of doing some tucking. What I want to know, is are both of these hard lines emission lines. I am looking to pull them to route the harness under the trans mount. One of them runs into the bracket that runs under the car. The uncapped one is from the charcoal canister, but the one with the rubber hose I'm not sure.

There is a 3 lines that go on the canister.
One is for the purge solenoid under hood.
Another goes to the fuel tank for purge/venting.
The 3rd goes to the vent solenoid (location dependant upon FWD or AWD)
FWD the solenoid under middle vehicle
AWD behind the front bumper left side.

So are the two ones pictured needed?

One of the lines runs under the front of the car, beneath the radiator to the driver side .

Is the black box in the driver fender Evap, it runs somewhere around there.

That's correct.

correct me if im wrong. just delete canister completely and plug lines and all is well if u have dsm link to configure.
