What are these plugs for?

Currently undergoing a 2g dsm harness tuck and wanted to know if anyone knew if I actually need these BLUE PLUGS??
Have no ac or heater control unit in car.
No abs
etc etc..

seems like too many plugs and wires for an alarm system.
But will have to perhaps tear out the plugs and follow the wires to their end. See what they plug into.
Just didn't want to do that is all.
