will the piggy back tuning systems like the s-afc controller raise hp at all on n/t cars? if you have a full exhaust system and cold air intake, is it worth the money to buy one? i just want to get as much power as possible out of my engine without spending 3,000 dollars on turbo system...

Yes, but you'll want something to watch how far you're going. Wideband, EGT, or logging knock. Leaning it out a bit will produce some power, at the expense of being nearer to knock, or higher EGT's.

Use it as you would on any other NT vehicle.

It smoothed out my curve, and I gained approximately 3whp on my peak. It also allowed me to lean it out to get some pretty good gas mileage. There is a thread of mine on here with dyno information search around if interested enough.
