Ok so my friend bought a 420a that had a safc2 on it and he un-installed after rebuilding the engine.
The problem is now that he has the engine back in and safc removed the car won't start. All it does is free spin. It won't even attempt to kick over and it's flooding bad.
There is one light blue wire that is coming from the steering colum that he said came from the safc that goes to the ECU.
All the timing is dead on, all sensors are new and plugged in, all vac lines are good.
It gets spark and fuel of course. We can't seem to figure it out.
Any ideas??
