Car keeps cranking but won't start

Alright so I am having a hard time with my 96 eclipse rs.

It started fine before but had the wrong fuel rail. I changed the fuel rail and took out the 1/2 put together security system out and now it won't start.

does anyone have a diagram for the ignition setup in these cars? (under the steering wheel area)
