Yep. No choice actually. I beat the shit out of the sleeve for about an hour on Friday trying to get it started, it wasn't happening though. Then I froze the sleeve for 24 hours and took a die grinder and carbide bit to the inside of the mount to hog it out a bit. Once I did that, I put the mount in the oven for 10min at 300* and pulled the sleeve out of the freezer (expand and contract) and was able to get it halfway with a hammer. I gave up and took it to a local suspension shop that did it for a 6-pack of Coca-Cola and it took 15 minutes.

I need to take the classic "I'm taking a shit and taking pictures of car parts" shot, I keep forgetting!

:dsm:

Dont forget the taking pictures of parts while naked in the reflection, that ones a gold standard now a days

Maybe I'll toss a mirror in front of the shitter so I'm taking a picture of the parts naked taking a shit, and you get the reflection just incase you were wondering who the guy was behind the camera.

Hey Mr. banishedmunk, I'd appreciate it if you'd send me that list of fittings you need from JEGS as I'm about to order the stuff I need and I don't want to get your order wrong.

Oh man, that will be the best picture ever of random car parts... feel bad for whoever wants the full size picture though

new bushings installed... pedal welded...clutch adusted, pump clutch, start car ..... wont go into gear WTF.

i think my welds broke -_-

out the assym comes again

i did. its a pain to weld because the zbar is so thick but the nut and shaft are more prone to hold the heat and get a good penetration

Are you still planning on keeping that BEP housing?? How did you like running the Holset? (if you did of course)

Hope thats not sarcasm... LOL, was about to get my gpa to pick me up a new hx35 for cheap for my bday, LOL

Yeah my grandpa, he has some hookups on dodge parts being in bfe south dakota, all I ever saw were the ram cummins turbos... So im pretty sure he could get one for cheap
