Maybe t28's react differently to porting the wastegate and o/2 than Tdo5h framed turbos

It doesn't matter how much its ported if the throw on the wga isn't opening the flapper completely at full boost, even going to a 34mm might not be the fix. Another way to do it is by getting an open dump o2 housing from Punishment Racing, things get loud going into boost though.

depends, loud is relative, if he has an exhaust that is already loud then it really just adds a snarl to the tone in boost.

if i had one of those on my car it would be all you ever hear ( i was told at the track that my car was silent )

This new exhaust is proving to be more of a pain in my a$$ than a up grade. I think I need to put my link in and see whats really going on. My AVCR is good but only to a point
When I get rid of the boost spike I find that my car kind of surges, the boost is stable, but its like it wants to go faster but the AVCR is holding it back. And I use so much gas doing WOT pulls trying to tune it..... Plus its hard to do this on your own, I wish my 11 year old son was still in California. He was the one who sat shotgun and tuned my AVCR last. I was so proud of him 11 years old and he had it dialed in.

Thats what happens when you've do a turbo upgrade without fuel injectors (trying to keep boost low), then install exhaust from the turbo back. If you can, for the time being just install the stock downpipe and it will be back to what it was just with the louder exhaust note from the catback.

greddy type s bov discontented perfect.
greddy denso 660cc injectors were on my car for about 500miles. before that gofer got 350whp with these.
dejon tools intake powder coated red, 2g maf, dsm k&n filter package deal. this is a nice set up.
fp frank 16g less than 5000 miles perfect.
