Anti Freeze is leaking. Might think it's a hose clamp?

I am new here and new to the whole car scene. I was driving to work today and smelled anti freeze when I got to work I popped the hood and seen that the anti freeze was leaking. I didn't see it coming out of the actual radiator but from a hose clamp. I moved the clamp and it was broke this was the only visible place I could see a leak from I filled it up with water just to get me home and it drained out the entire thing in the driveway. I put a picture with the post so you guys could get a better view.

Now do I need a special clip for this from the auto part store or can I just get any hose clip I am hoping this is the only problem also how do I know if this problem is a head gasket?

Any hose clamp will do. I recommend getting a stainless steel one though. So it won't rust.

No problem. I actually had to replace my upper radiator hose on Sunday after it split. It's cheap (~$8) to replace. You might want to replace it and the other hose clamp now while you at it. That hose takes a beating from all the heat in that area of the engine bay.

..esp with the other clamp is just a wire compression clamp - change that one out to the screw strap type.
