another code problem....p1400

Car starts up normal but them bogs out. CEL comes on and read the code as P1400. The car has a 6bolt head. The Map sensor is not there because it has a 6bolt mani. I assume the problem isnt because of the Map sensor, but i figured id ask for some suggestions first. Another thing is that after we clear the code, it'll run fine but after boosting, it'll pull the code back up and the car runs like crap again. Gonna do a BLT and check back with more info. Any suggestions?? Also who's selling the MAP relocation kits now and days??

You can throw that sensor away if you don't do emissions testing. Its purpose in life is to turn on the CEL.
