Howdy all. So, I have a few previous posts stating how one day my horn turned on and never turned off as the same with headights. Up until yesterday I had the horn unplugged and kept the low beams fuse out, using only my amber lights until it was around night time. Then I'd pop the fuse in and go about my Marry way.
As of yesterday, not even the ambers will turn on nor will any of my dash lights. With or without the fuse. Only headights and fog lights. I've tried tracing wires but I can't get very far in the engine bay to do to all the wire loom. Same with the dash. Most of it is unreachable due to it being under the Dash
I pulled the theft system fuse thinking that would solve the issue of the horn. But as soon as I plug the horn back it it's on.
Any suggestion? At all? Besides telling me to "trace the wires" which I've done multiple times but suggestion till have not found anything?
I replaced the alternator choke fuse and checked all fuses through out the car. Both kick panel and engine bay what could be the issue here?
I've also called in a replacement headlight switch/blinker switch as well ands instrument cluster dimmer switch. If that's any help at all.

You really don't have much choice than to trace wires unfortunately. I'm guessing there's a chaffed wire somewhere drawing power from another one. Perhaps two wires got hot enough that the plastic cover melted and now they touch metal to metal. Could also be something bad in the switches. I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but it's about all there is. Maybe even something bad in a relay.

Whats the Voltage on your battery?

Also your horn and headlights only thing they have in common wiring wise is that they are both on your steering column. Could be like #spyderdrifter mentioned and have melted wires. You could take the few screw out behind your steering wheel and look for something obvious like melted wires or wire shorting out. I know the horn buttons on other vehicles have gone out and when they do they have the same symptoms.

I assume removing the horn relay stops the horn. If so, swap horn relay with another similar relay to make sure that's not it. Then unplug the horn switch to see if horn stops. If it doesn't stop you have a short to ground between the horn switch and the relay (possibly in the clock spring). If it did stop, the horn switch is bad (always shorting to ground).
