after market turbo oil feed

Its kind of late to be asking this question since i have already broken two new turbos.

were should the oil feed line for the turbo. in my case a garret t4 come from?? I have it from the head. but this is my second new turbine that dies in less than 4 months.

yes I have turbo timer.
No boost leaks

so should I change the oil line to the oil filter housing?
 
oil filter housing or hte head. ask the place that you bought it from. They usually have a recommend spot
