AEM Uego Wideband issue

I am currently installing my uego into my 1g. It had worked before but now I am having trouble with it. I bought a brand new sensor and hooked everything up. The gauge would constantly read 14.7 so I got on here and searched. Everything pointed to a connection issue. So I took off the cable that runs from the sensor to the gauge and noticed it was corroded slightly. I called up Maperformance and ordered a new cable thinking this would fix my issue. After plugging in the new cable I still had the same problem. I took out my test light to check on connectivity at the back of the gauge and two of the 6 wires light up the tester, 3 of them caused the gauge to read --- and the center green one made the gauge jump to 14.8 or 14.9. After doing this I feel as though the gauge is fine and am wandering if it is possible that my new sensor is a dud?

Wow... that is definitely AEM's fault, your gauge was Brand New, right?

If so demand AEM replace it, that is what a warranty is for.

As for the gauge you will probably have to buy one from AEM!

I wish that were the case. Their warranty only lasts 12 months and I've had the gauge longer than that. I've been trying like crazy to find a place that will get me just the gauge but no luck. If anyone knows any place that can get a hold of just a gauge by all means please let me know.
