HI every one and I need to thank every one in advance.
Well I need some help to hook up the AEM twin fire ignition with a 300m coil on plug setup and it was setup by me. I have followed this link
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-electrical-wiring/290665-coil-plug-wiring-install-pics.html
So from my understanding from the thread that is Coil 1 and Coil 4 together, and Coil 2 and Coil 3 together. Power into Coil 1 and Coil2, and signal to Coil 3 and Coil 4. I know the firing order in a 1992 GSX is 1-3-4-2
Black/White- 12 Volts
Yellow/Green- Triggers 1 and 4 cylinders
Yellow/Black-Triggers 2 and 3 cylinders
Now for the Twin Fire I found the instruction manual
http://www.aemelectronics.com/Images/Products/Installation Instructions Twin Fire.pdf
On page 4 states that the Pink power +540V like should be connected to Coil 4 and Coil 2 and the Tan power +540V to Coil 3 and Coil 1. That means I have to hook up Coil 1 to Coil 3 and hook up Coil 2 and Coil 4. Here is a diagram for the setup that I think should be done. The AEM instruction throws the first thread out of order
So please I need all the help that I can get, thank you again.
