I bought and ACT 600165 flywheel. It is supposed to be an exact match for my 94 Eagle Talon 2.0L non-turbo FWD. It does not fit in the bellhousing, it is 1/2" too big. Has anyone else ever run into this, im wondering if it was a machining accident at the factory or if its totally the wrong flywheel. The model# on box and the #stamp on flywheel are a match. It is a 5m22 transmission same as my other DSM. I put the flywheel off this car into my other car several years ago no problems. I attatched a picture.

At stated, that is clearly a turbo fwd flywheel. The raised clutch mounting surface is a dead give away. The n/t flywheel is flat all the away across.

Apparently the belhousing is different on turbos also then? Well, thanks for the info and help. I am going to get back with parts place and see what they say. Ahh thanks for the post about differences between nonturbo and turbo 19eclipse90, that explains it all, mystery solved.

The parts place keeps saying they are the same. Now I have ammo. Thanks again.
