act flywheel bolts

safe to use oem flywheel bolts on act streetlite flywheel? or do I use the longer ones?...I don't wanna buy longer ones and have them bottom out but at the same time I don't want my bolts backing out

oems are just fine use a bit of loctite on them, never any problems years of banging on it still works fine.

When I did mine, I bought an FP Aluminum flywheel install kit. It came with longer flywheel bolts and a spacer plate. My bolts didn't bottom out and seem to have threaded in just fine and torqued to the right spec.

I honestly didn't mind spending the extra money because I do NOT want to take my transmission off again, at least for some time. I got a new trans, flywheel and clutch though.

I have an ACT flywheel, I didn't notice any difference in the driving experience related to the flywheel. Then again, I hadn't drove the car for over six months. It also felt like the ACT was just as heavy as the stock flywheel.
