ac wont work+horn goes on with lights

ok well today i decided to make heatshield for my cai ( its in the fender). i drilled a hole into the body and while doing so accidentally clipped a harness wire ( it sparked+the harness that is next to the radiator). i didnt think nothing of it< so i finished the project and go to start my car< i find that my ecu was reset, (i have dsmlink)( i didnt disconnect the battery) and my setting are back to default. so i turn the car on, the car starts normally and runs fine, but my ac dose not work, and when i turn on my lights my horn will turn on. everything else seems to work normally( i.e radio, dome lights, brake lights, etc) what the hell is going on?thanks.

the light switch circuit is grounding to the power curciut for the horn, take apart that part of the harness. and solder it back together and use heat shrink for a water proof seal.... you could use wire crimps and electrical tape but i would solder it atleast.
remember, repair all the wires that are damaged.
soldering it really is a good idea.
