It's weird. I followed some wires and came across this. There's 2 outlets and one of the plugs in unplugged. I don't know if it's it or not but maybe YOu can help out.

It's not my engine bay. just used it for example. it's weird. I got this covered wire and at the end is 2 outlets by the power steering canister. one is plugged in the other isn't. I'm not saying this is the cause of the ac not working but I came across it.
 
I get air coming out, just not cold air. Where's this condensor at? Pics would be helpful... :)

Ok, what do I check for on the condensor if it's not getting enough air? I don't know how it's connected...(hoses/pipe)
