ac stopped working when FMIC installed

It's weird. I followed some wires and came across this. There's 2 outlets and one of the plugs in unplugged. I don't know if it's it or not but maybe YOu can help out.

It's not my engine bay. just used it for example. it's weird. I got this covered wire and at the end is 2 outlets by the power steering canister. one is plugged in the other isn't. I'm not saying this is the cause of the ac not working but I came across it.

Is there anything to plug the wire into? If not, it is probably the wire for a hood switch for cars equipped with a factory alarm.

yea if you dont have enought air goin to the compressor it will not get cold air blowing out

The condensor is the radiator looking thing located between the fmic and radiator.

Ok, what do I check for on the condensor if it's not getting enough air? I don't know how it's connected...(hoses/pipe)
