about dsmlink for 1Gs...

I heard a while ago that DSMLink wasnt as good for the 1g's than it was for the 2g's. Have those problems/issues been fixed with 1g program or whatever made it not as good? Im looking to get it for my 91 tsi awd. All info and opinions on it are welcome.

Um, I'm not sure where you heard that information, but it's absolutely not true. The 1g DSMlink has every feature that the 2g link has. I actually believe they added a few features on the 1g verision that the 2g version does not have yet.
