Spyder 99 Spyder 4g64 DOHC swap

I'm looking to do a dohc swap on my 4g64 spyder, not looking to push a lot of power yet, but I do want to make it a fun daily and do the job right, I've been told different things about the turbo I would need to use and I'm wondering if I could get straight answer from someone who has done the build

I want to double check that there's no difference if I pull one from an automatic trans and install it on my 5 speed, I know it sounds very rookish but I want to build it right the first time and not having to go back and rebuilding cause of my lack of research

The engines are the same regardless of transmission type....

So yes.

You can use whatever turbo you want as long as you build for it.
