Ok so heres the situation. Im looking at two spyder's both are all stock sohc 2.4 5 speed. One is a 1998 and the other a 1999. I know I wont have any problems pieceing a decent turbo kit together, Im not worried about that. Im worried about tuning it. Here is the mods list I plan to piece together.

Fuel - E85+meth injection
1000+cc FIC High Impedance Injectors
Bosch fuel pump
FPR
Return line

Hardware -
BW S256
Cast manifold with 38mm turbosmart external wastegate
3'' exhaust (downpipe back with wastegate dumping into exhuast)
FMIC with piping and HKS bov
ARP headstuds
ACT clutch and flywheel

Electrical -
Boost gauge
Aem wideband
EGT
Oil pressure

Suspension -
Basic coilovers
possibly front strut bar

Now for whats got me a bit worried.
As far as tuning goes Id like to run a V3 full version. Ive done some research but havent really come across anyones tuning setup on a sohc setup?(Plan to run the dohc setup later) So far ive seen youll need a 2G gst throttle body with the sensors for a 95-97 ecu. My question is, is it that simple to just swap throttle bodies. rewire fuel pump, and 4g64.150 semi write up on their pinouts? OR is it simpler to just flash the 98/99 ecu? I also plan on running a speed density setup. Thanks for any input.

So long as you have swapped out ECU's and all other necessary stuff you can run link. Howevever, to be honest if your going to buy a 99/98 car why not just use ECUflash as it will be cheaper and doest just about the same thing.

All the information you will need for the swap can be found here:

I was thinking of flashing the ecu so I dont really have to swap this and that and like you said cost effective. Thanks for the help. Now to research speed density setups with the ECUFlash and E85+meth.
