96 gst camshaft oil leak? not sure need help

my 96 eclipse gst is leaking oil and its coming from some type of circular seal but it is not the camshaft seal to my knowledge because that is on the timing belt side correct?
pictures below can show what i am talking about
i just need to know what seal it is and how to fix it

Mitsu part number MD184946 - Cylinder Head Camshaft End Seal.

Replacement should be pretty straightforward: remove the valve cover, loosen the cam cap, pop the old seal out, clean the surfaces, put a very light layer of RTV around the rim of the new seal, reinstall the cam cap and valve cover using the proper torques. Allow the RTV to cure and that should do it.
