95 harness 97 ecu?

A 95 ECU is also OBD-II. They have also been known to go out more compared to other year ECU's. Just keep looking for a 95. I believe the 95 Sebring and Avenger 4 cylinder ECU's work also for the eclipses.

I had a 97 Automatic... I swaped it to a 5-speed a while back... but I would really like my speedo back. So I want to swap the Ecu and the harness. My main question is that will a 95 harness connect to the 97 connectors under the dash?

What are you talking about? You need to make your situation and questions more clear.

If you had a 97 A/T, then you should've swapped in a 97 M/T ECU and made the necessary changes to your pre-existing harness. There's no swapping harnesses in these cars...
