2gnt ECU's 95/97 differences

I got my s-afc 2 today. Anyway:

I have a 95 2gnt, this write up says its for the 97-99, will it still work? Are the ecu's the same?

no they are very different. heres the 95 ecu harness pin list http://www.2gnt.com/www/corbin/95ECU.html

EDIT: as i was reading through it, it appears that most of the wire colors are the same. but the 95 only has 1 harness, instead of an upper and lower like the 96 +

Thanks GS, Hmm... from the looks of it, since the colours are pretty much the same I should be able to do it no problem. Good stuff, looks like I'll be busy this weekend.

By the way GSGoinFast, did you install it yourself? (your's)

ya i did, it really wasnt hard at all. the hardes part was getting the grommet to fit in the hole in the fire wall . but ya its pretty strait forward, all the listed ecu wires you just strip, and wrap the corresponding s-afc wire around it and solder them in with the exception of the MAP wire. that you must cut and connect one side to one s-afc wire and the other side to another. you shouldnt have any problems with it tho.

i just drilled a new one, that thing is like swiss cheese now
