1995 GS 420a. Only modification is an AEM Cold Air Intake. Car has 190,000 miles on it. New rebuilt transmission

Oil and filter changed
coolant changed
transmission fluid changed
new gas and fuel injector cleaner

Car sat for 18 months beforehand. Now it won't run after about 15 minutes when the car warms up. We have to wait for it to cool down again before it will run well.

Any help?

Look into the o2 sensor; it may be idea to measure the voltage on the signal wire (0-1v = white/black stripe). You should see it advancing from .6v to .2v. My guess would be your car is running off the CLT (Closed Loop) then switching to 02 (Open Loop) which is probably dead or not hooked up. Try changing it and let your ecu power cycle if you can't find any damages to the wire/harness. When they go bad half the time they won't throw a code, although; it's easy to see on a datalogger. Scan your PCM for codes.
