95' GS having trouble running

[1995GS]

Car is a 1995 GS 420a. Only bolt-on modification is an AEM Cold Air Intake. Motor has 190,000 miles on it. Automatic transmission installed last week, rebuilt.

We changed the:
Transmission and fluid
Oil and filter
Coolant
topped off the brake and power steering fluid

The car had been sitting for about 1.5 years. We put good gas and injector cleaner in it.

Once the car is up and running for about 15 minutes it will die and not start again until it is cooled off.

Any help?

Coolant Temp Sensor. If you look on the housing for the sensor, there'll be another one on there that is a little bit smaller. The smaller one is just for the temp guage, and the other is for the sensor that runs to the ecu. Pull the one that goes to the ecu (should be 2 wires leading to it, the bigger one) and look for nasty build up or cracks on it. You should also hook up a scantool. 60 bones at the auto zoo will net you one of those. They're always handy to have around.
