Exactly what ratio is best I cannot say. I know Chris uses 450cc injectors with a SFMU, so you could ask him. However, I do know that you can't use a 1:1 disk, nor is a 1:1 disk even avaliable.
I would use the 4:1 that you have. Then use the bleed valve to lower the rate of gain. Run some trial and errors and watch your wideband to get it set correctly.

so the wideban should read 13-14 thats stoich and at full boost 12-13 that a little rich is that right?

You should probably shoot for 11-12 for AFR, considering the lack of ignition control and such.
