I was just taking a look at my 95 TSi AWD's engine bay and comparing it to my 90 GST's, and I noticed something was amiss. My TSi has no cam angle sensor. Is that normal, or is my car just weird. And, if it is, should I put one on?

It does have a cam angle sensor. The 95-96 cars have the CAS located behind the intake cam gear on the timing belt side of the motor. They also have a different firing order than 90-94 and 97-99 cars. There is nothing wrong with your car.
