92 tsi build

[92tsi5speed]

First off, I am new to DSM, I bought a 92 Talon TSI 5 speed. After about 100 miles the balace shaft belt broke. So now I am going to rebuild, with the intention of a low 11 second quater car if i havent set my goals to high . Here is a list of what I have.

fresh 6 bolt .20 over
stock crank polished
manley rods
je pistons .20 over
85.5 cometic head gasket
arp head bolts, rod bolts, and main studs
stage 2 meth kit
bs elimenation kit
oem oil pump and water pump
a head that has been ported and polished 3 angle valve job, ferrea valves springs and retainers, hks 272/272 cams
eprom ecu with dsm link v2
bushur fpr
act 2600 and act strret liight flywheel
gates racing timing belt
walbro 255 fuel pump
afmic with 2 1/2 piping
aem wide band
auto meter auto lite
30 psi boost gauge volt meter oil pressure


I am also getting a maf and maf translator. What I need help with is what injectors to get, and what turbo I should get .

I was thinking about a HX 40 in a .70 bep housing. Any other suggestions?
As far as injectors I was thinking the bigger the better, but i'm not sure.

Any thoughts let me know!

Gonna be a great build dude! Injectors do 1000cc's at least. You can scale for them with link! An HX-40 would probably be great! Precision has some turbos that would probably do awesome as well.

This is your first build and your planning on running an HX40? What are your goals? Daily driver,track,autocross?

I will post some pics soon motor is bein built at the machine shop as we speak hopefully i get it back this week. I bought a rebuilt hx40 pro goin to be putting a t3 .70 bep housing on it thinking about adding another walley 255 and some 1600cc injectors and running e85 so we will see how that works

my goals for the car are a weekend driver/racer. As of now my suspension is eibach lowering springs on stock struts i plan on getting some agx but that is later. Also i got stock brakes will upgrade but that is not a priority to me...(i just wanna go fast ha.ha) also i got newer mazda 6 wheels plan on running some reproduction mustang cobra wheels that are black like 5 spoke design there 18x10 Thanks for your replys
