Im finally making a move on cutting out my idle surge by replacing the whole TB, except the parts car I found is a '90 n/a 4g63, is there going to be anything stopping me from just bolting it on? Any little changes or anything like that I should know of before buying it?

N/t and turbo throttle bodies are different where uicp piping bolts on. If ur gonna use the n/t, your gonna have to custom make uicp or somehow get uicp to fit on.

use a silocone coupler and a 90 degree elbow and use a good hose clamp to hold the uicp to the tb.

The TB off of this parts car I found doesnt have an elbow on it, and I guess my elbow wont bolt into it. But can I just take the idle control sensor, or whatever other component I might need to fix my surge off of the '90? is it just the elbow lining up and the relocation of the TPS that is different?

do this. heres what it is. 1g 90 n/t tb. 1 silicone reducer, 2.5-3 inch, and one 3 inch aluminum elbow. just stuff i had laying around. you can use 2.5 inch and itll be a straight shot with out the reducing into the tb. liek i said this is stuff i had layign around and is used for example. you can also get sections of exhaust piping that will have a lead on it so you wont have to use another coupler to mate to the 90. itll be liek a 16 inch straight peice off the elbow, just cut it and connect it to the mass or whatever

ill be using this tb, i switched the seals with stronger ones so itll hold the boost, ported the hump out, cleaned it up some. other then that the only thing different is the number of vaccum lines on the tb and the sensor plug. thats it

Hey, thanks for the pics. I bought that TB today, turns out the car was a 91. It's still has some minor differences to it than mine. Like the 3 "ports" for the vacuum lines, it has A2-A1-E-P just like mine, except the A2 port has nothing there? What am I going to do with the vacuum line off of my A2? Other than that though it should be good to throw on right? I've tried searching for it but nothing specific enough.

Is there a size difference between the nt and turbo. the nt looks a lil bigger from what ive seen. anyone know?

64mm att he mouth 60mm at the throttle plate. bigger mouth same size at the other end

yep..I have 2 of them.. I am thinking about taking one to the machine shop and have them bore it and make a new butterfly for it. I like the nt because you can hook the IC pipe directly to it. one less piece that can leak air.
