I have searched and have not found my answer. I have a early 1990 model car and of course have the 1990 TB with the different size seals. I have tried and can't seem to get the smaller side to not leak. I had a 92 parts car, and took the Throttle body from it, and found the ICS and of course the throttle cable part are the same. Thats no problem to swap. Since the 90 TPS and 91-94+ TPS's are bigger and use a different connection, I see no way to use the 90 TPS.

My question is then, if I use the wiring diagrams, can I just use the 91-94 TPS on this TB and just wire in the 91-94 connector for it? Unless someone knows how to seal the 90 TB's.

NM, I found my answer after looking at the wiring diagrams, I found that both connectors use the same color wire and do the same thing.

So just cut the 90 off, connect the 91-94 connector using the same color wire and there we go.

I've been looking to do this for a while...what about the coolant lines, do they fit no problem??

Thanks
As I have both TB's in front of me, both coolant lines on the 91-94 are routed a little different and will need "custom" lines to connect them to where they go(Just get some rubber water lines and cut them as need). The only problem now is finding someone who has a spare 91-94 car and will cut off a 91-94 connector for me.

I found the wiring diagrams on my DSM cd and found both the 90/91-94 have the same color wires Green/red,Green/white,Green/Black and all the wires do the same thing for both, so its a simple install of just connecting the same color wires together.
