I searched but it seems as tho know one has solved the fiav or tps difference. It seems as tho everyone just blocks these off and dont use the isc either. Can some one tell me if it'll be ok to not use the fiav and tell me how to wire up the tps?

Here's a few links regarding the swap. Usually when you get a 91-up TB the lower half comes with it, that's why you haven't heard anything. The FIAV is used during cold start ups, it's personal preference whether you want to use it or not. To wire the TPS you will need a TPS connector from a 91-up car, then it's simply wire for wire, they are the same colors.
