Okay i did some searching and found a few things that will need to be swapped as in the wiring or the tach and what not at..

Now are the throttle body wirings different. And when you hook the wiring the way the website there says do you have to swap the plug wires around? And also is the CAS just plug right in? I never could find what I was looking for.
I know I need a awd starter, flywheel and i was hearing sumfin about a new motor mount that will have to be tapped into the block (since all i have are fwd mounts)

I for got to ask.. which is better. and External oil cooler on that the 90awd comes with. or jsut staying with my 91 oil pump front cover(internal). Cause i can go either way. I have heard that goin externals saves the hassle os dealing wit the cooling lines from the 90 harness

I've swapped a '91 into a '90 - motor mounts are the same for FWD and AWD, for the record. I didn't rewire anything, I just swapped over the entire throttle body and the coil pack so I didn't have to worry about any electrical gremlins. As far as I can remember, everything else was fine.
Don't worry about rewiring anything on the ECU. That only pertains to having a '90 ECU in a '91-'94 car. Making a 90 ECU work with a '91+ tach signal is quite different.
If you swap out the coilpack and PTM, you won't have to worry about it.
 
as far as im concerned the only major differences are ignition and throttle body...but with the throttle body it shouldnt be a problem, and with the ignition, if you use the 90, use a 90 ecu, and if you use a 91, use a 91 ecu...ignition must match ecu
 
I have a 90 eprom with dsmlink going in.
Okay ill have a 91 coil pack going into the 90.
Im bought a 90 shell. no motor or ecu im swapping in my 91 motor from a fwd. I just am having trouble making sure that i can do the stuff on the link i posted before. and the wiring will be good to go?

I just want to make sure that i wont have any problems, using a 90 ecu with. a 91 coil pack and transistor?

You need a 90 coil pack and transistor. The tach signal on the '90 is fed off of the the coil pack, and the '91 signal is fed from the PTM.
