Yup, this is correct. The 3kgt axles each are 1.5" too long. I will be using the 3/s inner and outer cups with custom length dss bars.Mark,

Thanks John, I'm sure it will hold up on my race canLooks good man, hope it holds up. I haven't heard of Devin breaking any ring and pinions since the switch just a axle at MIR. I have a cobra IRS 8.8 here when I break another ring and pinion. Figure at least that way I get the option of some real spools and not welded gears.
. Real spool would be nice, I doubt I'll break these spider gears, they're pretty big along with enormous cross shaft. If it breaks, then I give up, cause obviously I'm doing something wrong.Outer cups do not bolt up to the dsm wheel/axle hub, you'll need the 3/s hubs, which bolt right in. The 4 bolt pattern is bigger on the 3/s.Dave, do the 3/s outer cups bolt up to the dsm stuff? So at home I have a large box of misc axles that came from AMS. They were putting 3/s rears in Evo's long ago. Anyway in my box is a pair of rear axles with no cups that have much
bigger bars than dsm's, and I'm hoping they are for a 3/S rear in a dsm.
