i thought ya'll just rode 4 wheelers and guerilla farmed that whack-backy (that's all i've seen where i go visit )

use to take our bikes to wesvaco paper co. trails in romney years back, my grandparents own a full mountain in calhoun county (between grantsville and spencer), shit is gangster out there.. riding 4 wheelers with a AK hangin off my back, pistol in my pocket, pulled off the road talkin to the coolest cops you ever met.. good ole boys for real!!!!!!!!

Never been to Huntington, but next time i'm out visiting on the mountain I'll have to invite all you WV DSm;'ers out to the family mountain for good times or stop out your way and see your DSM's (put it this way,, by next year they SHOULD have a water line ran to my grandmothers house... for now and for the last 50 years we bring it in by the tanker truck they own.. it's like a sunday thing to load up, go to grantsville, fill up with water and come home and pump the systern full.. of course while shooting at things, blazing back roads or just swinging on the porch seeing who's the best shot with one of the old .22's

haha.. yea not many have.. I'm by no means a "country boy", but a hard core city dweller ( i need traffic noise to sleep at night ) but to be honest when i was a kid growing up, I really loved and looked forward to the escape of going to grandma's in the summer and staying a few weeks out in the mountains of WV where there's almost no rules except the golden rule, and things that you'd be arrested or shot for in most places are "all in good fun" out there

plus if you like deer meat they always have the deep freezer packed with plenty to cook up MMMMMMMMMMMMm

TO be honest a lot of my perception of WV is based around the way she lives out on her farm/mountain, and untill i went to charlseton (which is still a tiny po-dunk ecuse for a "city" - no offense) I really didn't think there was ANYTHING out there besides trucks, guns and 4 wheelers.. wheni got on here and started seeing fast DSM's based in WV it boggled my mind and almost still does

Yea dsm's are starting to grow around here instead of just mustangs and camaros. A couple 4g cars around here are mine, 96 6262powered gsx, 99 bolt on 35r gs-t, 35r powered evo 8, and of course my buddy's 4g63 powered fc rx7 project.

Theres a few more too but they dont get out much. Im pretty proud to say that I play a pretty big role in everyone of those cars too. Im the only one in our direct area that works on them. I love being the "underdog" and seeing the look on peoples faces

It never ceases to amaze me how many DSMers there are in West Virginia, for the longest time I thought me and my friend in Parkersburg were the only ones. Awesome job though, someday I would love to be at that power level.

Made any progress or changes since the dyno pulls? Just wondering, I always am looking at this thread for updates since our setups are so similar in the engine department

Only change is got the tach in and hoosier drag radials mounted. Going to race (1/8) Friday. Gotta get the tach shift points set correctly. We will see what it runs. I gotta figure out how to drive the car now before we up the boost

Cool, best of luck at the track. The 1/8th mile is ok if that's all you have access to locally but for me personally I prefer the full 1320, but then agian my car pretty much spun the tires through almost the full first 1/8th mile

I can't wait to see what kind of times you can pull off though either way. Should put a lot of people in the stands in awe.

Man, she looks sexy sittin there, maybe it's something to do with knowing what's under the hood making it just seem that much cleaner, meaner and sexy lookin but looking at that pic makes me sit and mentally picture a wicked 700HP holeshot, leaving the gas station, back bumper almost draggin the ground and the front wheels almost lifting off the ground.. i can even hear the roar in my head (ok, so yea i got mental issues , but damn i'd love to go for a ride in that car !!!!!!!! )
